The department of cardiology at Jaswant Rai Hospital Meerut is a dedicated heart care centre. Boasting a team of the best talents available in the field of cardiac surgery and cardiology, this department aims to provide the best possible, comprehensive and multidisciplinary heart care services. The team is provided ample support with top of the line equipment and machinery, to complement their vast experience and talent. We have an interventional team working round the clock providing timely and appropriate procedures such as primary coronary angioplasties and stenting. We also have an electrophysiology team with all matters relating to the field such as radiofrequency ablations, pacemakers and device implants, and resynchronisation therapy.

Very Advanced Cath Lab manufactured by Philips is fixed in a very special room with all associated monitors and emergency devices with unique ambience all around. Operation theatres to perform all Cardiovascular and Cardiothoracic surgeries with world class equipments with elegant architecture and interior is the main attraction of the department. Nursing stations, two in number are situated centrally and acessible to every patient with central monitor placed there. The passage between the cubicles is very spacious and comfortable for the ambulation for the cardiac patients, when they are permitted to do so. The department is looked after round the clock by very competent paramedical staff, resident doctors and Cardiologist. Close eye watch is emphasized all the time for post opertive and other patients who have undergone ant intervention.
